Story: Academy Award®-winning director Spike Lee executive produces with writers/ directors/producers Rusty Cundieff and Darin Scott in this next installment of the ground-breaking Tales From The Hood. Following the franchise’s cult classic roots, this all-new anthology, which features Tony Todd and Lynn Whitfield, is four terrifying tales that will scare and thrill audiences with its horrifying twists and social commentary. As William, a lumbering man in his 50s, and Brooklyn, a six-year-old child, try to outrun an unseen evil, Brooklyn decides to tell William four moralistic but deeply horrific stories to distract herself from the impending danger. The first story deals with a greedy real estate agent who burns down an apartment to drive the last remaining tenants, out of their home. The second story concerns some frat boys who throw a white supremacist party, and the American Terrorist, Psycho Johnny, who puts a violent end to the party. The third tale revolves around a struggling singer, Chela and her rich employer who Chela wants to kill and use her money to further push her career. The forth story is about a petty thief who ends up killing one of his victims and then becomes cursed because of his sin. Source: IMDB; Dread Central.
